Service Areas

Topeka is the center of our service area. We also coat floors across Shawnee County and into the neighboring counties: Tecumseh, Berryton, Silver Lake, Auburn, Rossville, Meriden, Hoyt, Perry, Ozawkie, Carbondale, Maple Hill, Mayetta, Overbrook, St. Marys, Burlingame, Oskaloosa, Valley Falls, Holton and Osage City. Floors change as you leave the city. Inside Topeka we see many mid-century houses with basements and older garage slabs. Smaller towns along US-24 and US-75 mix older homes on town lots with newer houses on acreage, where a pole barn or farm shop floor is often part of the job. Each area page covers what we know about homes and floors in that town.
